I am not a pissed customer but wound up on this site. I was cancelling a consultation that I had set up through Onyx when she called to offer it.
As it turned out, I was not able to be at home to meet with a representative, but had only minutes to send the cancellation request to try to save the rep a trip. I hope it got cancelled.
I also hope I will not ever be a pissed customer, or even a dissatisfied one if we work together in the future.

So far my advice is AVOID TGIS COMPANY
He did finally give a reasonable price, so i signed up... over the next few days, he kept coming back, having me constantly saying i had to re-sign documents. wasting hours of my time... retrospectively, i should have told him to get out!
The worst part is, he was supposed to send me the photos he took, so i can give them to my insurance company.
he never sent any photos.
I've emailed him multiple times, he does not have the courtesy to even respond. it seems that once he has your signature, he doesn't give a damn about his customers.
Had I known how badly they treat customers after they sign on, i would have kicked his butt off my property immediately.

I GUESS IT IS TIME TO USE MY LEGAL PLAN AND RETAIN A LAWYER... ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB

Their first quote was insanely high. Pushiest salesman I've ever met (named Kai).
He did finally give a reasonable price, so I signed up. Over the next few days, he kept coming back, constantly saying I had to re-sign documents, wasting hours of my time. Retrospectively, I should have told him to get out! The worst part is he was supposed to send me the photos he took, so I can give them to my insurance company.

I just had the roof installed less than 2 weeks ago, now they are claiming that I don't exist. I guess it is time to use my legal plan and retain a lawyer, and file a complaint with the BBB!

I agreed to a visit from a representative at 6:00 PM today, but now can't be home for the meeting. I want to save the rep from the trip to my house.
I spoke with Onyx when she called me with the offer to send someone to discuss the details and look at my bathroom. I'm sorry for the late message--probably too late ?

Gave one price then came back with a new price the next day 2x's more
Use someone who will tIf DaBella gives a price for work to be completed one day and takes a deposit for the job and then comes back the next day to tell you that the price was wrong. Price was for 4,500 on 10/14 and went to 12000 plus on 10/15, there is a problem with honestly with this company DO NOT USE THEM

Horrible Customer Service
Took them over a Month to a realatively small siding job. They messed up and it took 2 Managers to come out and another week to finally do the job.
And now the left over siding on a pallet been sitting in our front lawn going on 3 Weeks.
Killing our grass!! Called Dallas Office who said she would schedule pick up...STILL SITTING THERE!!!

Wrong Livingroom window
I ordered the windows in May of 2024. After a week I decided that I needed to cancel.
Had some medical obligations come up. Called and talked to a Manny Ruiz. He told me it was past the three days and that the windows were in production. I Called 2 months later and was told that somebody dropped the ball and they had not even been built.
Lied to me. Then when the windows arrived they removed all the windows that were to be replaced before measuring. The living room window that I requested at the time of the order was to be one unit was 7 inches short in the window frame. Two double hung on the side of the center picture window.
The second replacement window took 3 months to make. Showed up and it was the same length as the original window. 7 inches short. The third wind showed up 6 months mid winter and it was a sliding type window.
The fourth showed up and it was the wrong color on the outside. The fifth one was larger then the window frame in the house. They had make adjustments by cutting the wood back on the bottom and sides to get the window in. They the installers said they would be back out to finish the trim pieces that the did not have in stock.
Called the installer. Was told the work order only included the window be removed and the right window be installed No trim. I have attempted to call Cheng Lee.
I guess he's the person whom has taken Manny Ruiz position. I haven't heard back for any of them.

James Cohrchane
Had a very nice, polite and well spoken sales rep looking at our house, offering us new siding. James was very knowledgeable about their products, warranties, and he was able to inform us about all the advantages with installing their products, like durability, insulation, and the very low maintenance cost.
We would have ordered the new siding if needed, but ours is in relatively new and in good shape at this time.
As years go by and there comes time to change siding we will definitely keep DaBella in mind. I can recommend people in need of new siding to contact DaBella, to have James Cohrchane come out and inspect and give a free estimate.

High-pressure tactics that left me in tears.
The company is solicited me and I let them come for a free estimate. The sales rep insistently demanded that I sign a contract that day for $26,000 that would save me $10,000 over the cost the next day for a new roof.
The representative did not stop when I requested him to do so, he did not accept no for an answer, he did not leave my house when I requested!
I had to scream at him three times to leave.
It was a horrible experience.
I have since reviewed roofing costs, and their estimate was 2 to 3 times higher than the highest level of roof replacement. They preyed on me as a single older woman living alone.

I am writing this to warn people that when you have sales come out to speak with you, they are so very sweet and wonderful until the pressure is added. I wanted to get an estimate only.
Once that was done, the pressure came not only from the sales staff but also from their boss, who they phoned while at my home. I ended up signing a contract and had 3 days if I wanted to cancel. I did cancel within my 3 days, and their friendly stature left, and the rudeness began.
They did not return my phone calls or my emails. I will never use this company for anything.

Disrespectful and High pressure sales
I called for a consult on my window. Ive been ill had to cancel.
They showed up anyway and to be honest I was rude and they would not leave. I told the guy 4 times I cancelled not today. Now they call 3 times a day for past 2 weeks.
Who can I report they have high pressure sales. I will never use these guys or renewed by Anderson.

They scheduled a resolution for 8/12 still nothing has happened as yet.
Brandon was to check with the office manager and/or installer about the last step of my job. I was promised an attached bench for free as the last deliverable.
I had Dabellas install windows in my home and i have leaks i 2 of them and they make it nearlly impossible to file a warranty claim
I've got windows that lets flies in my house so if flies can get in so can the air which makes power bills more expesive

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called me.
Rescheduled again.
Brought in a new crew who did come in and completed the job. Office manager took photos to show me the completed job (I was traveling out of state).
No, 'I'm sorry...' He blamed it on 'the accountants.' Now, three months in, no-shows twice and multiple calls on my gutter installation, which they required I pay for ahead of time. The local office manager's excuse is 'the contractors.' I would like a refund for the $10K+ for the gutters, but with their un-customer service, I know that won't happen.

They scam senior citizens
We wanted information on thier window and got a high pressure sales pitch, the prices and negotiation attempts were worse than buying a car the prices were ridiculous and the salesman was NOT knowledgeable about windows at all just cared about pushing a sale Do not use these people it's a scam 13000. for 6 windows is an absolute NO and he told us windows only last 10 years before they need replacement BS don't buy thier lies and Don't let them in your home EVER.
