Unethical
I asked the salesman to leave my home as I felt I was being scammed. I needed a roof repair estimate.
I was told everyone on the property title had to be present or they would not come out. I was told that Dabella employees would do the work.I found out later that they use local sub-contractors. The salesman was pushy beyond belief. Ater two hours he failed to give me an estimate and refused to give me an email or phone number to contact him.
He did say that the supplies alone would be over r$30,000.I wanted repairs and he wanted to replace the back half of the roof.
I got an estimate later from a local roofing company that offered to fix my leak for unlder $400. These are my impressions though I don't have proof because he never submitted a bid.
User's recommendation: Get one or more estimate before calling them. Better yet, don't call them

Verified Reviewer |Dabella took our money and ruined part of our house.
They took our money nearly 2 years ago for their premium gutters. Their cheap gutters are still up and damaging our home.
They admitted they made a mistake, and said they would fix it, but nothing has been done. The local office will not even answer our calls or emails.
The damage to our home keeps getting worse and worse. They don't seem to care.
These gutters leak and water drips on us as we try to use our front entry.
We quit using our front door due to the constant leaks, and resulting worms constantly crawling on the concrete in front of the door. We have contacted them so many times about this and they could care less!

Verified Reviewer |High pressure, Liars. Make you pay for product they didnt use. Not a company I would recommend.
Ok, I posted a negative review earlier when this project first started. We were PRESURED INTO and LIED to by the DaBella sales person, Issac. When all we wanted was an estimate. So that started this whole mess. The manager came and met with us, and things started to go better so.,I removed the first negative review. The installer company they use is not a company I would recommend. They didnt take any concern for your yard decorations,or plants. You can not communicate with them because they do not speak nor understand English very well. Many things have gone wrong since then.So now the installers said they are done with there job of putting on the siding. We were told they would have a dumpster here for them to throw the trash in as they took it off, another lie. THEY left piles of trash all over our yard and left all the electrical and none electrical things they disconnected, disconnected. We now have to hire a electrician to come out to reconnect all the electrical they disconnected. Plus they cut through our phone line. The manager won't get back with us. We have had multiple problems arise during this siding project, which the manager of DaBella tried to make right. With no success. And now that they are finished we are left with all these wires hanging down. Nothing reconnected and piles of trash all over the yard and personal yard decorations of mine buried under the pile of trash.
They left us with all these extra cost we have to pay to repair. We need to hirer an electrician to put back everything they disconnected as well as buying new light fixtures for the ones they tore up when taking them down. We have to pay for a phone company to come out and run us a new phone line for the one the installers cut threw, We have to have our home security company send someone to come out to hook our cameras back up,which is not cheap. You can not communicate with the contractor because they are from Ukraine and doesnt speak nor understand English very well. We bought the siding because we were PRESURED, into because we were told our house had mold, once everything was taken off guess what? NO MOLD! We have boxes of siding left over which DaBella says we didn't pay for, that they always order extra, so if "we didn't pay for it.,who did"? I'm sure it was included in the price we have to pay.I feel it should be refunded out of our bill. But that won't happen. We have to wait for the manager of the installers to come out an inspect the work. In the meantime we have piles of trash all over our yard. BOTTOM LINE: if you want to be lied to and ripped off, feel free to hire dabella for your siding project.
My advice, DON'T!!! RUN LIKE ***
Also.,they tore up my Japanese maple tree and two rhododendron bushes. We will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY DABELLA EVER AGAIN. After everything we've gone through. You do not treat customers that way. That is BAD business. I still have piles of junk in my yard and exposed outlet just hanging. DaBella should make this right but they wont.

Ordered 3 new windows. Installed poorer quality windows, each failed within a day or 2.
2 windows have condensation between paines, not able to even see out of the windows.
3rd window started leaking water almost immediately, collecting in window well.
Installed from interior of home. Extensive damage caused to adjacent walls.
Slider door improperly Installed and doesn't fit properly into existing door frame. Leaks. No shims used.
Oak trim boards matching the rest of my house trim was removed and destroyed.
Trim was replaced with square 1" stock...
obviously used wood with many chips, dings and is dirty. No interior door threshold.
Top butt joints used that didn't even match up (no mitered corner joints).
This is SO ugly I can't stand it.

Finally had a rep call back, They looked at the pics I took and agreed with me on the manufacturing problem, Going to give us 150.00 back out of a 20k install! My recomendation for you is to do your home work, I wished I would of done more checking! Once they get your money its over, There contract is iron clad!!
So I am now a owner of a flawed shower install DaBella makes promises. but they do not keep them! Two big white spots that match nothing and what looks like a stain on the floor bottom! I would not recomend this company, mostly because of the cost and customer service.
Look at the pictures I posted and you decide. Now I am not even sure if it is the best material , Like they told me ,because the color on the shower walls they installed , that is on the paper work is Sandstorm, And that is not even in the lists to chose from in the list that DaBella offers of colors??? Good luck if you use them or are getting work done.
I hope you have no problems, check and double check before you make the end payment, Live and learn, This company is in it for the money it seems. Its a shame, because I thought we were would be treated better.Linda
When I get a hold of somebody or text somebody, saying they will have somebody contact us, as of yet, only one person has contacted us and he said he didn't have any information. He would call back later. That was five days ago.
I will never recommend this company and I will be sure to pass all this information I've been logging to my friends, family, and anybody interested in having one done by DaBella. I will show them our quality, which I think was way too expensive for the quality!

Verified ReviewerAtrocious customer service, Bad installation
I am a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income. After being discharged from the military, the home my wife and I purchased had asbestos siding, and since we had small children, siding was our top priority.
We chose DaBella because of the values and ethics the company preached that they held. Including the salesman telling us everything they use was made in America "to the nail." Additionally, the training and minimal experience requirement of "their" crews was another heavily highlighted talking point.
My wife and I are both veterans, so we thought the $67000 price tag would be worth supporting this company.
Unfortunately, the company did not display the values and ethics it preached from the time we signed the contract.
Our home was halfway completed in the wrong color (one shade off) before the installers realized the mistake. At the time, the General Manager (GM) at the Idaho Falls office insisted they finish the job in the wrong color before negotiating prices. His initial pitch was a $2000 discount for doing the job in the wrong color.
The issue was eventually negotiated to something I felt neither party was happy with, but it worked.
Two short years after installing the siding in July 2024, I noticed some issues with the caulk, peeling and cracking all around the house and windows. After a brief walk around my home, I saw the problem was widespread. After a few days of hassle with the customer service office and speaking to a manager in the Dallas customer service office, my complaint was upgraded to the highest level and sent to the Idaho Falls offices.
The Idaho Falls office (now under a new GM from the installation) sent the original crew to inspect their own work, which seems absurd from my perspective. However, after I raised concerns about this, the office GM showed up to walk around with me himself and "hear" my concerns and issues with the siding.
He pointed out installation errors in several areas from the advertised 7-year minimum experience crews who participated in advertised special-caulking schools. Objectively speaking, it seems okay at DaBella to rush $67000 contracts; I didn't work as hard for my money, I suppose.
We ended the interaction with a plan to have a third-party James Hardie representative inspect the siding and make recommendations. The plan was to correct the recommendations. Since the caulk shouldn't fail two years after the installation, as a homeowner, I have concerns for the project as a whole and any damage that the faulty caulk may have caused.
Having a third-party inspection is the appropriate course.
After a week, I hadn't heard anything from the GM and followed up. I was informed that James Hardie blamed the caulk company, and they saw no reason to come out. I asked the GM to call me so I could better understand what the plan was going forward. After all, it is my home, and businesses should speak to me before making decisions.
He never called. I gave the GM two more weeks to call with a solution, but I am still waiting to hear a reasonable solution.
After giving the GM THREE weeks to contact me with a solution, I had heard nothing from DaBella.
I called on 28AUG2024 and spoke with the project manager.
After a short conversation, it became clear that there had not been an in-depth conversation between the project manager and the GM about correcting the issues at my home.
Both the Idaho Falls office and the Dallas call center refused to give me the regional manager's contact information. This leaves me wondering, WHO IS HOLDING THE IDAHO FALLS OFFICE ACCOUNTABLE TO THE STANDARDS DABELLAS ADVERTISES?
AFTER ALMOST A MONTH OF PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING, I FIND MYSELF WRITING REVIEWS AS A WARNING TO OTHERS.

We had a new roof put on, but were promised so many things, especially about cleanup. They said they would go over the lawn at least three times and pick up any nails or other material.
Before we could even step outside, we had to wear shoes and go around picking up all the material, nails, and garbage that they left behind. I have added a picture of the material we have found so far and this is just the start.

Extremely slow and horrible at communication, I waited over three months for the installation of my windows. Then, one of the replaced windows cracked from the inside three months after installation.
Currently, I have been waiting four months for that replacement, with nothing scheduled for it. They don't return calls. I called about six weeks after notifying them of the broken window and they still hadn't ordered the window, though they said they had. Getting a clear answer is difficult.
I would definitely never use them again and do not recommend them. They are also quite pricey.

Don’t waste your money
Do NOT hire them for your shower. Not only did they take longer than advertised, but they did a poor job and had to come back more than once. The last time they next came back and gave empty promises.
I had mold on my house and so a full demo of the shower had to take place. The bathroom is now completely empty and I need a shower. Here comes dabella telling me excellent things. Shout out to the sales person who really convinced me. My partner and I hired them.
Now remember there is nothing there. No shower or bath. Just studs and pipes. It took them THREE full days. Im talking 8am until 8pm to finish??!! On the 2nd day I came home from work to find my back door and back gate WIDE OPEN and no one to be found? Wtf?! I dont care if they were going to be right back from the store. My door was WiDE open and anyone could come and take my things. I complained but the customer service didnt care. They finished but the job was rushed and looked like *** Massive gaps and the siding was not even? They took THREE days.
I took a shower and then it flooded everywhere all into my kitchen on the otherside. When I called and asked for someone to come back. The guy who came started to gas light me saying it was my fault?! No it wasnt it was because they put in the drain incorrectly. Again THREE days.
Its now been months and the massive gaps between the wall and shower make the shower useless. Im afraid of getting more mold. And they just ignore us. The manager Chip even came out to give false promises.
Do not use this company. Its not worth saving a little money. They are slow. Messy. Rude and liers.
If I could give zero stars I would

We were promised gold from dabella and got garbage results
we hired them to do our roof and siding. First they installed the wrong color shingles, left nails everywhere, they never pulled a permit, installed a unprimed pine board as the fascia replacement, not the siding we paid for.
They told us we were getting a dumpster, we did not. They ripped the shingles and siding stuff off and threw it on our lawn and even on our neighbors yard. We had debris blowing around for days. When they removed stuff from the house they didn't unscrew things they just pried stuff off.
This resulted in our furnace flue pipe getting disconnected from our furnace so our furnace exhausted into our basement for several months putting our lives in jeopardy.
The siding they installed was the wrong color as well.
The whole job was nothing but a disaster! And of course the Dabella response is that it's your fault somehow.
User's recommendation: Do not let this company do anything

This whole project has been a bad experience. First it had to be rescheduled because all of the material had not been delivered.
(Not a big deal, things happen).
The morning the job started the lead roofer said he didn't have the job instructions. What? There was a ridge vent delivered and the installer asked if I wanted it installed.? During the sales pitch I was told they would include a ridge vent if needed and the roofer would determine that.
So why am I being asked? I guess because the roofer didn't have instructions.( communicating with the roofer was quite difficult) it took hours to talk to someone because everybody was in important meetings! It was a very frustrating day. Few days ago I look up at the light in the hall and it has about 2 in of water in it.
I got hold of the salesperson and he sent the same installer to fix the problem. My question is why did there have to be a repair 6 weeks after installation and is the repair done right?
After spending $11,200 on a 1000 ft home I have to be worried about my roof leaking. I believe I should be entitled to a independent inspection.no
Ripped Off
Building permit has been open for over two years with no inspections scheduled. DaBella did a very shoddy job damaging my home and then threatened me theyd sue me if I did not sign the completion papers.
They promised me all would be taken care of. A year and a half later, they began rework and it was at best an ill fated attempt yielding more issues.
After this they ghosted me. The job I paid for is still not done and the city code enforcers approached me because of DaBellas violations.
User's recommendation: Stay clear of DaBella. Con-Artists.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Bad contracts/poor delivery/paid but won't deliver/broken promises
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. DaBella admitted that their team quoted and contacted work/ products that the company does not provide.
DaBella refunded the money charged for these. They agreed to a refund on 2/29, refunds check was received on 3/12. This is now resolved.
Now onto hiring a contractor to complete the work. I will never use our recommend DaBella in the future.
The project was for a remodel of our master bathroom. Per our discussions, the project agreement, and contract, "Project notes: Azzurra Bay, Oil rubbed bronze, Rain spa, White base, window kit surround bath tub, do not replace tub, leave existing tub. Semi infinity glass swing door, recessed caddy 10/18, rain glass. No corner shelves wanted, bring them anyways." We paid our down payment of $500 that night.
The project was anticipated to start on 3/3 and be completed on 3/6, total of 3 days.
From January 5th to February 14th, we had email correspondence with DaBella that included a formal work contract and application for a loan through 1st Security Bank for $20,000. They also sent John back out to take additional measurements, and sent us a contract addendum to clear up questions regarding the work being performed. A contractor was also sent out to take measurements, go over the project work, and review the contract.
On February 13th, Liz from DaBella called and stated they wanted to schedule our demo and remodel for the next day, February 14th. We got it scheduled with a start time of 8AM.
Come morning of, I began reaching out to DaBella when the contractor was a no-call/no-show at 8:20AM. When the contractor did arrive at 8:30AM, he informed us that the job was being delayed as DaBella did not have all of the materials for the project.
I made several calls and sent several texts to customer service reps and our project manager at DaBella. Finally at 4PM, we were notified the materials were all accounted for and the project would resure the next day, February 15th.
The contractor arrived on-time and demo began. Once the bathroom was fully gutted the contractor had questions about the work.
We went over it again only to realize he did not have the door nor the glass surround/enclosure. He stated he does not do this work. I reached out to DaBella and later was told they had my door but don't do the surround/enclosure, even though it is in contract. After several more calls, Andrew from DaBella reached out and told me that they would do the glass surround/enclosure "Free of Charge" since they don't normally do it.
I pointed out it was in the contract to which he said, that is why they are doing it "Free of charge".
The work on my shower continued from February 15-20th. Once the installers completed the shower walls and the wraps, they left. I left a voicemail for Andrew at DaBella on February 22nd advising the contractors finished the walls and wraps and we were ready for the glass install. I did not receive a reply.
I called again February 26th and spoke with Andrew who stated that he would be sending me a contract addedum for the new price of the project, and once they receive it back, they would be issuing me a refund of $2400 for the door. I requested an itemized cost breakdown of the project. He asked that I send him pictures of the current state of the bathroom and stated once he had those he would send me the addendum and breakdown, then expedite the refund check. I also received a call from Priscilla with DaBella.
We went over the contract, and again I requested an itemized cost breakdown of the project. I told her I wanted to make sure we were being fully refunded for the items we were charged for but we're receiving. I informed her that I had been keeping track of all communications with DaBella and she asked me for the information. She said she would look into it all and get back to me either that night or the next day (Tuesday, February 28th).
Here we are now Wednesday, February 29th, and no reply, no itemized list, no addendum, nothing.
This project was contracted to be completed in 3 days, it has now been 13 and I still do not have a useable shower, but I owe on the loan, have already made the down payment, and taken several days from work to be available. I will NOT be recommending DaBella to anyone. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB.
I will be nice and give them until the contracted last date of March 6th (allowing 20 days instead of the contracted 3). If I don't have a useable shower by then, I will be filing complaints with the AZ Attorney General for consumer fraud (DaBella has been paid by 1st Security Bank), the AZ Registrar of Contractors, and every news station that will accept the information.

"You should be concerned for your safety if you don't sign with us today." - Blake (DaBella Spokane/Dallas)
Quoted me $25k for 4 basic windows. Refused to take no for an answer, simply pivoted to the next slimy sales tactic.
Energy efficient windows + a garden window for my kitchen, custom measured for an older home w/ non standard sizes, cost a total of $11k with a local contractor.
For the 3x as many windows.
Refused to leave my property after repeated asks (which is tresspassing). Salespeople were rude, pushy, and threatening.
The salesperson Blake said, verbatim, "you should be concerned for your safety if you don't sign with us today".
This company, I later learned, is a front for armed robberies in New Mexico and Oregon (corroborated by multiple news sources). A few days later, the cops chased one of their sales guys out of the neighborhood, so I guess they're trying their luck in Texas.
User's recommendation: If they come to your door, close the door. Don't schedule an estimate and don't let them on your property.
